Ho Ho Yule Log Cakes
The December holidays fly fast and frantic with many busy activities. This is a quickly made
treat that you can bring to any Yule party.
Ingredients
- 1 box of 10 "Hostess Ho Hos"
- 1 six-ounce package of "Betty Crocker Holiday Decor-Hollyberry Decor" sprinkles
- 1 sixteen-ounce "Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting"
- Rectangular cake pan with pop-on lid
The rectangular cake pan will not be used for cooking. It will be used for transporting.
A plastic, rectangular container with a sturdy lid will work as well.
Directions
- Carefully unwrap the 10 individually wrapped "Ho Hos" cakes.
- With a butter knife, take a scoop of Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting and spread on the
top of each little cake separately.
- After each cake has a coating of gooey chocolate bark on top of it, hand dip into the
container of Hollyberry Decor.
- Set wee little Yule Logs into cake pan. Do not set decorated Ho Ho Yule Logs on top of each other
or there will be a gooey mess when you arrive at the party.
If you wish to double the recipe, just buy another box of "Ho Hos." You already have plenty of
sprinkles and frosting.
