Teddy Bear History

In the Spring of 2020, my beloved spouse and I were cleaning stuff out of the house. We found box from 2002 containing information about the Teddy Bear Centenial. I had used it in a class to teach children about the history of our best known stuffed animal. Eighteen years later, the pages were bent, torn and squashed, yet still legible. I decided to preserve them in this "non-serious" section.

The information comes from a handout created by HAPPY TYMES (registered trademark) Collectibles. At the time this handout was created, HAPPY TYMES had a store in Dowingtown, PA. I picked the handout up at a teddy bear convention in Maryland. I remember purchasing something from them, but not one of the more expensive items. I will say, all their merchandise was marvelous.

I want to preserve this little slice of teddy bear history from 2002, which explains older history of the tedddy bear.
