Prayers for Health Charm

To keep away disease, a person might tie knots in a rope. The first three knots are tied saying a "Hail Mary" on each knot. The next two knots are tied saying "Glory be" on each knot. Another knot is tied saying the "Act of Contrition." These prayers and knots are tied around the waist and worn as protection.
