A wife may notice that she and her husband used to be passionate about each other, but he now seems removed from her. Her husband frequently works overtime. He rarely initiates sexual intimacy anymore. He hardly ever tells her about his day at work. Her husband seems distracted whenever they are together. In the grind of daily existence, their life had become bland, the euphoria of their relationship faded. Thus, her husband seems bored. Yet, lately her husband is paying more attention to his appearance. He has recently become secretive with his emails and phone calls.
If a platonic friend is afflicting the level of intimacy and overall dynamic balance between her and her husband, a wife should and try several tactics.
She should try counseling.
If life is bland, she can spice it up. She can scent their bed sheets with vanilla after a wash. She can tell her husband how sexy he looks. She can offer him a private massage. She can make some special meals.
To gather her courage to reassert the appropriate boundaries and seek healthy change, she can try this old hoodoo spell.
Beth Root (Trillium erectum/Trillium pendulum) is a powerful root in protection charms to keep away negative forces from a home. It is woman's root of strength. The wife should mix ground or chopped Beth Root with a couple of hairs from her husband and herself with a couple of threads from each his and her clothes. She should burn this mixture on a lit charcoal set on a bed of sand in a fire proof container. The mixture must be burnt in a well ventilated area--which is not the bedroom--while fanning the smoke away away from herself. While burning the mixture, she will offer a prayer:
"Praised be Jehovah, my Rock and my Salvation. Thou wilt be my deliverer, and wilt help me, for thou helpest thy poor and humble creature. Deliver me and my husband, ____ son of ____, from any danger to our marriage. Praised art thou, Jehovah, thou who hearest my prayer. Let it be thy holy pleasure to repel what afflicts our marriage, for the sake of thy great, mighty, and holy name, El-Shaddai."
This mixture is not intended to serve as a perfuming incense to the LORD, but is intended to be reduced to ashes to reasert appropriate boundries.
After the mixture is reduced to ashes, she will use the ashes to mark the corners and center of their marriage bed and bedroom. While praying Psalm 91, she will mark boundaries and concentrate on the emotional intruder into their relationship going away.
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. Psalm 91Incidentally, this same spell can be worked by a husband who suspects his wife might be entering into an "emotional affair." The plant Trillium erectum/Trillium pendulum which is commonly known in the USA South as "Beth Root" is also known as "Southern John Root" or "Dixie John Root."
