Yet, gaining cooperation in a workplace is sometimes easier said than done--which is rather unfair. Often the the cooperation of recalcitrant co-workers is necessary for an individual to do her/his own job correctly. The ultimate goal is to maintain a peaceful workplace, minimize personality issues, and to improve the overall level of cooperation.
Hence, a person might also choose to invoke some divine help to achieve coorperation by reciting the following nine times each: Psalm 130, Psalm 133, and Psalm 119:41-48.
S/he may also annoint a seven day yellow/gold candle and a seven day purple candle with Three King's Oil. These candles may be burned reciting the Psalms every evening.
If the situation between co-workers seems altoghter impossible, s/he might also annoint a green candle to St. Jude with olive oil or St. Jude Oil and likewise recite the Novena to St. Jude nine times.
The person will also write the word COOPERATION on two or three slips of paper adding a list of all fellow employees and place it under all the candles.
Psalm 130I have found a very similar spell intended to gain cooperation from a spouse. It involves using a Seven Day 2-Color "Gold/Purple" Candle labeled "Haras Mi Voluntad" or "Do As I Say." However, this particular candle is usually used in stormy love relationships, not difficult workplace relationships.
Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD. Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared. I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning. Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption. And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.Psalm 133
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.Psalm 119:41-48
Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word. So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word. And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments. So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever. And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts. I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed. And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved. My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
