Walnut Charm

Take two emplty halves of a walnut shell. Inside place a small spider made of precious metal (either silver or gold) and a small piece of magnatized iron. Also add a few grains each of frankincence, cummin, and course salt, with a few strands of red wool.

Glue the walnut shell shut. Keep this charm on your person, perhaps in a small red bag, or stored in a box on your personal altar or house hold shrine.


Myth's Notes

This charm is a modern adaption of an allegedly older Italian spell, and supposedly the charm is used to draw prosperity and protection.

The magnetized iron would would draw prosperity and the spider would capture and retain this prosperity. The strands of red, wool threads would represent buona fortuna.
