• 2 cups farina
• 6 cups water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp ground pepper
• 1-1/2 cup grated cheese - parmesean - mozzarella

Bring water, salt, and olive oil to a boil slowly. Add farina and cook over medium heat 2 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly until farina reaches desired thickness. Add the cheese and peper. Mix gently, serve hot, enjoy!
