Burney Relief
The Burney Relief: this relief is assumed to represent lilith,
based on Kramer's translation of ki-sikil-lil-la-ke as "Lilith"
in the story "Gilgamesh and the Huluppa-Tree." Kramer's translation
of ki-sikil-lil-la-ke as "Lilith" was used to associate this depiction
of a female spirit with bird talons as possbly reprsenting a
ki-sikil-lil-la-ke which many think is a spirit similar to or
the same as one of the Assirian Lilitu or Hebrew Lilith.
